Founder and Director

Tom Egan

Tom is a demolition and project delivery professional with more than 15 years' experience across complex industrial, infrastructure and resources environments in the United Kingdom and Australia. His experience spans pre-construction, commercial management, operations and senior project leadership, including refining, oil and gas, Defence, LNG, chemical processing, automotive manufacturing and heavy industry. Professional Projects was established to bring this practical knowledge to clients earlier in the project lifecycle—helping define scope, understand risk, develop realistic budgets, procure intelligently and plan effectively before mobilisation.
